  I have been banking with Peoples bank for many many years. Their bill pay system is the best. Tellers, online representatives have always been helpful and courteous. Have I had a few problems? Yes but they are a very reliable bank and I trust their capabilities with my money.

  This bank company has disgusted me entirely lately. They’ve been holding my money left and right and have not found a solution for 20 year loyal customers to get the help we need in a timely manner. It’s absolutely devastating to realize when you need them the MOST, they fail to be the “PEOPLES” company they advertise that they are. This is morally wrong and also very unprofessional. I am seeking to withdraw completely. It may not be the best time and place for this company to call themselves the “People’s” bank. That is understandable. But please DO NOT PLAY WITH MY HARD EARNED MONEY. I hope for their sake, they get it together because I will no longer be worried as I am taking my business to a more worthy company. TD has been great and a banking app called Chime is really great I hear if anyone wants to follow me and having the same repetitive issues. I feel like we’ve all been settling here hoping things would change. But it’s just not and I can’t see it happening especially realizing they are withdrawing. From stop and shop soon making it more inconvenient. Guys, just imagine when that time comes? Are you gonna settle still? I’m not. Wish everyone best of Luck. Thanks for being my first bank Peoples , but you gotta go lol.

  No one has any idea what they're doing. Multiple times now my student bank account, which really should be free, magically turned into a regular account and I was being charged $20+/month without being informed. I also tried filing a claim against fraud once and the employee had 0 idea what to do and didn't even attempt to get help. Just held me up for at least 45 minutes and it never came of anything.
