      I have been banking with people's ever since they took over bank of smithtown. The only time I have ever experienced any issues has been at Bayport location. Horrible customer service. Management uses the terms "we can't" "I don't know." Unacceptable.

      Was greeted and treated by both John and Samantha with great respect. They not only took care of our immediate need, they also answered a dozen unrelated questions. Talk about friendly home town feeling. p.s. the crumb cake was delicious
