      I am long time People's Bank customer. The Whitney Avenue location of this branch is as of 2020. I use the drive-up window. I won't write about the awkward approach one's car has to make to get to the drive-up window. If you are one of the few customers who still rolls coins in coin holders and then brings them to the bank to exchange for paper currency, please pay attention.Before you close the top and bottom of the paper coin holder, Double Check that you have the correct amount in each ,Triple Check. This is just in case the teller at the window tells you that you don't have the right amount and that you need to give her more money. Clearly the teller must open the paper coin holder to count the coins. No problem. But if you are certain that you had the right $ amount in the holder, how can you prove it? You can't/ So, if you run into this problem as I did, write about it here so that a pattern can be discerned and remedied. And, if possible, note the time and date of your transaction, if not the name of the teller.
