      I have been a People's client since 1998. I had ben working closely with the Darien team, and then Rob, for several years when I became a Wealth Advantage Client. My experience was poor: People's, and Rob--who is the regional VIP--promise the world, and deliver zero! He, and his team failed to deliver on every single promise, no matter how simple, or how small. There was absolutely ZERO follow thru whatsoever. The level of knowledge is overwhelmingly under-impressive, and the level of ineptitude and incompetence is strikingly high. The harsh reality is that People's United is NOT a full-service bank, and they are simply not equipped to deal with anything other than very simple, basic banking needs. Moreover, Rob, and the team in general, does obfuscate their responsibilities and obligations to their clients. I am leaving in favor of a larger bank that is equipped to handle all aspects of personal and private banking and investing, as well as one that has a more grounded reputation for being able to deliver as promised.
