The customer service is terrible. I rarely receive a response to email and no one ever answers the phone. No update on my loan since I submitted all the documents on 4/8. I asked for an update 4/14 still no response. I told them not to bother to complete the loan application process. The lack of follow and poor customer service reflects poorly on them. I don’t want to do business with a company that communicates this way. If I’m having these problems with the just the application process, I know it will only get worse if I was to get a loan. I’ve sent numerous emails to Nina no response. I call the Dallas office no response. I’ve had to resort to calling the Austin office and they in turn reach out to the Dallas office. That is the only way I’ve ever received any update. Don’t waste your energy or time. Save yourself the headache and go to a more reputable banking company to meet your loan needs.
