  Very helpful and easy to deal with. Thanks for the second chance. Anybody that complains about this company must have not paid them at all. I paid my first loan on time, now I can walk in and get whatever I need in about 15 minutes. Thanks

  Seriously wouldn’t recommend going here . Especially people who are low income. My grandfather passed away and my payment was a month behind and 1 day the night they came for my car without a warning. The towing company Didn’t want to give my children’s car seats we ended up calling the police . They literally don’t even want to give over my belongings in my car . Or my personal tag. they didn’t even send the letters this entire year to my address so some stranger had been getting my mail . They had the wrong address and everything this place is terrible and unprofessional. Obviously someone is not doing their job right . I wouldn’t recommend coming here they’re insensitive to your situation the manger Marcos said himself he hears story’s all the time like basically an eye roll . he could care less. I don’t want someone else going through something like this my little girl has hydrocephalus were constantly going back and forth to Atlanta for her neurologist doctor she’s only 2 years old she’s also autistic and had to go to therapy 3 times a week. I work two jobs and doordash on the side . They took my car and said if I wanted it back I would have to pay the remaining balance of $7,000 they’re crazy. This place does not care about you or your family don’t put yourself in this situation just go elsewhere. I promise you I never thought a place could be so cruel but they’re and the tow man they sent out was very unprofessional disrespectful and aggressive told me he had a weapon and showed me a fake badge said he was the one in Charge and that he decides if I get my car back or not. and recorded my family and I on private property . DO NOT GO HERE

  Very bad experience with these people, there is a person named Rebeca who treats customers badly. Horrible experience. I do not recommend it, look for another financial company. 😡😡
