      My mom referred me to this bank, they have some positives However, as far as protecting an individual as a consumer… They have not executed! Most banks process claims right away, and then investigate. In my case I assume they are investigating however, I just don’t know. I’ve got several reasonings as to why my claim hasn’t been processed, or reviewed in a timely manner. (Staffing issues, promotions, webinars, lunch breaks) & every excuse under the moon as to why claim hasn’t been reviewed for provisional credit. I sent over 5 pages as to why I shouldn’t of been charged by this particular merchant. It’s now been over ten BUSINESS days & still not a peep. My family has experienced more then just this situation, when it comes to PAFCU not protecting the consumer. I just feel as if their inner issues between the two banks supersede customer need. They are a little out of date with some other their features, & practices as well for example Apple Pay, Zelle, & up to 10 day (or longer) wait times on claims. I do like the bank, I can only pray they get it together.

      The service received on a vehicle loan has been poor. Each question has to be asked multiple times before receiving a reply. Frequently, the information received is inaccurate or incomplete. Worse, payments were not applied as directed. No calls asking to clarify requirements. Instead, assumptions were made and applied to the account without our knowledge or approval. Take your financial business elsewhere. You will be happy you did.
