      Worst bank ever. I've been with this bank for some 20+ years from Adams Bank to Premier Bank and now more recently PEOPLES BANK. Since becoming PEOPLES BANK, I have encountered one issue after another. They are by far the WORST bank I've ever had to deal with and at this point, I will be cutting ties with this bank and moving my accounts to another more reputable bank that I can depend on and not worry about messing up my accounts or any transactions I approve. Think twice before considering the bank, as they are the very very worst out there.

      They merged with another bank (Premier Bank) and DELETED all of my bank records between January and October 2022. Yes, that's right, deleted! They said that they "sent letters to customers" to download data, but I got no such letters. Unbelievable.

      Just offer was not informed they had took over premier bank no notification letters or anything, I tried called to get information and got hung up on CUSTOMER SERVICES IS HORRIBLE WHERES THE BBB!
