  I've been banking here for at least 25 years. I'm a local accountant that always, 100% of the time recommend People's bank when a client ask what bank to use. Tiffany, Mylinh, Heather...even before them, Brooke Little, Deborah, Danny Yang....you get to know the workers and they care about you. Whoever left that one single bad review is obviously bending the truth of the matter of the facts of whatever situation that may or may not have happened. I'll admit that some other locations of People's bank doesn't have the best tellers, they are very few and generally I notice they don't last long with employment. People's bank as a whole is by far without question the best bank in this Catawba County area.

  I have ALWAYS received great customer service at this bank. Good friendly staff who always greats me with a smile and a friendly hello. Wouldn’t change a thing.
