      I've been a customer there for the last 7 years and the tellers has been so nice to me but when it comes to doing business with them (such as a small business grant or anything else pertaining a Grant to start a new business they have always had a excuse not to do anything for me). Went in to the bank several weeks ago to see if I could get a personal loan for a car repair, and again was given another reason not to get a loan,( one was no credit history. I have papers from three different credit companies that shows that I have credit points).I then asked why every time that I come in here to do business with you that I get shut down on everything, the answer would be we have criteria to meet. I also asked l bet that this bank has lost many customers because of lack of the service of the bank, well was told "well yes". I'm very unhappy with this bank and thinking of finding and going to another bank.
