      This bank is the least customer focused bank and most mincing/distrusting of any financial institution in the area. Tell me if this situation makes you want to trust Peoples Bank with your money. In mineral wells, they purchased a small local bank/branch. They promised customers that service would be great and little disruption with the conversion..... They literally only stayed open maybe 1 month, then shut down the branch all together. We no longer have the convenience of our local bank because Peoples Bank wanted to buy and shut down another organization/Competition. This is disgusting and I hope that every customer that you acquired through this conversion leaves your organization and goes to a more trusting/fair/customer focused financial institution.

      The employees at this branch and super friendly! Other branches are closer but I still choose to go to this one. Decided to write this review after I was going through the drive through and seen one of the employees out feeding stray cats that live beside the building. That was nice to see : )
