  The Peoples Bank location at 368 Scarbrough St. in Richland was a temporary location that has moved. The new and correct address for Peoples Bank - Richland is 129 Center St., Suite E.

  I have been a customer for years, and I recently went to get my lease notorized, I was told that it could not be notorized because it was already signed and I would need a new unsigned lease, as well as my landlord would need to be present. Very unprofessional, everyone all the workers standing around not working. Every since the manager left, the professional atmosphere left. They were more concerned with talking to each other than working.

  Bank doesn't have atm locations outside of where their branch is located. Sometimes people need cash after hours and dont want to pay those fees.

  Lisa, thank you so much for the feedback. We are a small community bank but do offer a couple accounts that will refund foreign ATM fees (up to $5 if account requirements are met). Both Cash Back Checking and Great Rate Checking accounts offer this option. Also, you can get cash back from purchases with many retailers.
