      To bad u have to give them a star just to get in to make a review....they deserve NO STARS!! My employer uses this bank. Ever since i have been working there i cash my checks there because thats where my check is written from. Never have i been charged to cash it. Then last week the lady was very rude working the drive thru. She drop my id on the ground and was very rude about it.So today i go to cash my check and again the same rude lady was working and charged me to cash it. When i asked her why she says they should have been doing it the whole time. Really... After 2 months. This lady needs to get fuked...her customer service sucks...worst bank to use in Great Bend. Kansas

      I don’t have this bank my mom does. We went through the drive thru to put money in her savings. Right of the bat the lady that was attending us came off quite rude. My mom had previously told me that this lady doesn’t like to give her the balance to her account and has to ask for it twice. I’m not doing this review for me I’m doing it for my mother who doesn’t speak English. I hope this gets figured out.
