DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! I’ve been with this bank for years and I've had two loans with them. An error occurred with my account that was caused by their ebanking which resulted in me losing hundreds of dollars. When I confronted them they gas lighted me and went back on what they said they would do to fix the problem. They treat their customers poorly and only care about saving their own pockets. And Danielle the regional manager was rude and snarky and didn’t care to listen to what I was trying to explain to her. She kept sliding me and trying to rush me away. AND they didn’t refund me any of the money that THEY lost me. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

SLOOOWWWW !!! BEEN customer over 40yrs. Since they closed branch bank in Belpre the main bank has been ever so slow and the least friendliest of places. THEY really need to shape up and take better care of customers !

Call to set up an appointment to make a savings account, and was told what I thought were all the requirements to do so. I get there and was told, I couldn’t open a simple savings account because I haven’t been at my current address long enough and haven’t had an account with peoples recently. I just moved to Belpre, so I should be punished for that I guess. Just stupid. Went to Belpre first mutual and opened account no problem, didn’t need a ridiculous credit score to do so..
