      UPDATE: 9/28/2020 They did refund the over draft free. But it took a week for them to do so. So, because of that , I can only raise them up to 3 stars. It should've been done when we were there. Without going into any unnecessary details, I got to give this Bank one star. Basically to summarize what should have been a simple pay someone transaction turned out to not be a simple pay someone transaction. Long story short,, the transaction apparently never happened. The end result was basically this, I tried to pay my girlfriend on her debit card. My balance was never affected. my balance stayed the same. so the money that I took out of there did not make its way to my girlfriends. However my girlfriends account ended up in the red when it shouldn't have been. It wasn't in the red to begin with . But somehow it ended up in the red and she got hit with a $35 overdraft fee which according to our math never should have happened because she never went into the red. A bank error that they are refusing to acknowledge and refusing to rectify. That's the summary. So, because of this we will be pulling our money out of the People's Bank of Tennessee because obviously they cannot handle a simple transaction without screwing it all up and rectifying their mistake.
