Woman behind glass cant read numbers gave me 30.00 from someone else's account lucky I noticed the balance wasnt mine, then today couldnt log into my account 3 times then refused to return my property turned off her mic and ignored me saying I cant hear you thru the glass at me I called the bank she refused to answer the phone I had to wait for the other woman to help me at that point i just closed my account. How does she still have a job there

Had this as a 5 star but things progressively got worse so I’m changing it to a 1 star. Not impressed with anything happening at this bank, including bouncing a very important check and then telling me it was a mistake and then I had to call back to get the fee removed because they “forgot”. Have closed my accounts and do not recommend this bank!
