      The rep by the name of Brittany Burgess was very unprofessional and the way she spoke with us and her sending emails at the end of the day and not answering when we had questions about her requests. Documents we sent she would say she didn't have etc. The final step was she sent information to us on a Friday evening and then we found out she had left the company and Kenny Graeber had to get someone to redo what was already supposed to be done.

      Not the best experience. They became less helpful the more I committed to the loan. Did not deliver funds to the title company at the close. I had to wait 3 days.
