Terrible customer service. Did not adequately explain Bill Pay or assist in setting up, was forced to use the app. When calling to understand why that payment hadn't been taken out of my account, I was rudely and abruptly hung up on. Choose any other bank. Overdraft fees are ridiculous at $35 here, when it is $25 or less elsewhere. I have received decent customer service in the past, but not in 2022.
