  Mark and I were trying for two years to re-mortgage our home, we went through two other companies before finding Peoples and Zackary Dowden.  The two other companies gave us a run around up until the very last moment so when we found Zack we were pretty much jaded.  He has been such a help from day one,   He explained to us how to get Mark's credit score up to a point where we needed to be and kept in touch with us exactly 6 months later like he promised he would.  He has been very professional while still maintaining a friendly and caring personality that we felt comfortable with while we were going through all of this.  He was always there to answer questions even when they were asked more than once and was always willing to explain every step of the process.  Even when it went to Sharon Payne, our Loan Processor, he was still there to answer questions and help us through.  Sharon is the best!  So understanding and caring, walking us through everything and always returning phone calls never making us feel that we were over our heads or bothering her.  I don't think we would have been able to get through this without either one of them.  Peoples Mortgage is lucky to have such caring and professional people working for them, they say the staff is the backbone of every company and in this case no truer words have ever been spoken. Thank you for helping make a stressful situation a little more bearable. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. they are the BEST!!!
