      This was the absolute nicest Bank people I've ever dealt with the manager was so accommodating during the covid-19 she even came outside to the truck as we were not allowed in the branch to do all the new paperwork processing that is necessary for a new account

      The employees at the Conklin branch are very polite women . I have never had anyone be rude to me. The bank manager is a well informed woman who knows her job and has always been friendly. Sorry you had a bad experience. Maybe your attitude was poor.
