They go out of their way to make sure your satisfied and constantly communicate to resolve an issue if there is a problem. I highly recommend this institution for all your banking needs.       This place is some of the worst customer service possible. We have been banking with them for about 15 years and get treated like an inconvenience whenever we call with questions.

      This bank takes Federal tax refunds and Stimulus checks puts into a " limbo account " aka people's account and draws interest . No trust in this bank. Never again will I trust this bank again.
