      We have banked at the People's Bank office in Jacobus for 33 years and have had a very good to excellent experience with them. They have an excellent, caring and friendly staff. Their technology services more than meet our needs and we have had various types of checking & savings accounts, mortgages and home equity loans with them over this period of time and they have always been very good to work with and reasonable to deal with them. Almost all our experiences over all these years with the Jacobus branch have been positive.

      They only want to charge you overdraft fees. I paid (they took) a thousand dollars in overdraft fees this past year. It's literally the they only thing they care about, because they wouldn't be profitable without it.
