Went to this People’s Bank back in May when I lost my debit card as the other branches in Holyoke were closed due to COVID. I was in the line for Drive thru teller, and I believe they closed at 3 at the moment. The line was long and I was waiting about 15 mins thinking they would be fast but maybe the person they were attending had some issues. It became 3 and I thought they weren’t going to attend the rest of us and to our surprise they sent someone out to see what everyone needed done. As I only needed a bank card the lady took my license and came back out with a new card for me. Definitely a great gesture on their end that I haven’t forgotten 6 months later.

Do not bank here. They do not have there act together. I didn't even know what a real bank was until I switched to my new company. Also they switched to no banking in the building, but the woman put the envelope in the drop box with out gloves on.... so that defeats the purpose of distancing. If they actually cared about safety they would have gloves on.
