  Terrible bank. Someone from AZ was able to take $500 out of my account and not even one notification about a suspicious activity seeing as I was also making purchases in CT. This happens all the time, switching banks. This is ridiculous. My account is now withdrawn and im not getting a refund in a timely manner and basically screwed while the bank takes their sweet time. Defaulted on my car payment and now just sitting around waiting for it to be handled.

  Cut open hours to exclude anyone working a essential job. Who can make 10-3 time frame. Only those working from home could visit during this little window.

  Hello Shawn. Agreed, our hours of operation are not ideal and were changed in order to create a safe, effective environment for our customers and associates. While some Banking Centers remain closed, and others still remain limited to Drive-Thru or VideoBankerITM services, we are beginning to open up our lobbies and expand hours at selected locations throughout our network.
