  Today I encountered the worse experience I have ever had with a bank. My husband n I have used this bank for many many yrs n have always been extremely pleased but nvr have I ever dealt with such rudeness!!! I really miss Mr. Alton because he would never have treated me like I was treated today. I called as always when I have a problem or a question and was given an answer then went up there and it was totally different. When trying to understand what I needed to do to resolve the issue I was told to seek “proof” from tax preparers and when I did and called back I was treated very nasty. I was confused as are a lot of ppl n the situation I’m in and was seeking advice and guidance from several ppl. After running around about 2 hours I wanna was finally guided by a sweet teller at another ppl south location who explained everything to me as did a third tax preparer who couldn’t believe that at my home branch I was given a message when calling about could I use my debit card after a withdrawal that day that if I did the very thing someone else had helped me with Bradley r whatever his name is would close out my account. First off Mrs Sue Ann shouldn’t have given me gossip that he had spoken about me after I left and her doing so in rude way but he shouldn’t have threatened to do such a thing. I will from now on do all my banking online and if I have any questions call a different branch because I was treated as if I was trying to do something wrong when I was going by things tax preparers and someone else at their branch had told me to do. If you take the time to sit with someone and not belittle them because they are not your color you may find that they jus needed help. Everyone at that bank knows what I have been going thru and for those two to make me feel the way they did today is horrible. But I prayed about it and them and I was still blessed today Praise God!!!!
