  Do not recommend any young homeowners to use Performance Title. They, Barb, specifically believes that you should know everything about selling a home upon being in the office. It was the worse experience in buying and selling my home by far. Not only that, but I received documentations only 2 hours prior to closing, which is why I had questions and needed time to look over instead of signing anything placed in front of me. I was shocked upon reading previous reviews from folks, but it is likely they have purchased and sold many times with no questions.

  We want everyone to have a great experience, Brandi. No one should leave our office feeling the way that you do about selling their home. Unfortunately, we learned that we were handling your side of this transaction three days before closing and had to scramble to get your settlement ready in time. Your closer was able to obtain the payoff for your loan on that same day which is great because it can take up to ten business days. When your closer emailed you the first look at your settlement statement, she tried to clarify the few invoices still needed to finalize the numbers. I am sorry that we only had two hours before closing to get you your final statement. That is not enough time to process the numbers. There are so many small details that we handle for our clients without them knowing they exist. Sometimes we can overlook the need to explain the process in more detail. We strive to do better. Would you please let me know if you still have uncertainties about any document that you signed? My name is Charles Johnson, and I would like to help.
