IDENTITY STOLEN: Had been with this firm for nearly 15 years. The firm has changed since Mr. Perry passed away. Gave them a chance, but they want to "play" big city accountant versus simply providing quality customer service.....Mr. Perry was a man to trust. I wish they wouldn't use his name in vein. This firm had a major data breach. This breach happened in late 2017, but no affected clients were informed until after the breach began to cause issues; i.e. State & Federal Returns being submitted using previous years tax information. Social Security Numbers of Family, 1099 employees, etc were all accessed. Banking information of clients were stolen. And even children of victims will deal with the effects of this breach for at least a generation. The delay of contacting victims has caused an unknown number of families grief and potentially thousands of dollars. The firm continues to minimize the impact and even in some degree play down the significance of the data breach to both customers and the media. Worse yet, they are charging ALL CLIENTS full price for accounting services. If you want a pretty building with modern, minimalist design styling, power suits & a "we're more important than you" customer service, then this is your place! If you want safe, affordable accounting, shop elsewhere.
