  Dan Corrigan, " my man " !!!!!! This was the easiest refinance I have experienced. And this was my 3rd and last refinance. When Dane "cold" called me on 01/25/22, I am thinking " oh brother another mortgage broker of many to have called". But his opening comments tempted me to listen for more information. I had never heard of Perry Johnson. He said we would close within 45 days or rates could increase, especially with the Fed Reserve signally a rate increase due to the increasing rate of inflation. We communicated mostly via text. I texted him a question at 11pm CST, expecting an answer in the morning. He texted back a response within the hour. What broker does that!!! And Jodi Mcpherson handling the back end documents was wonderful and responsive. I closed on a 15yr conventional loan at 2.625%/2pts from a 30yr 5.25% loan on 03/7/22 when the notary republic visited my house for the avalanche of documents to sign, again. We are extremely satisfied. Wow!!!! Look at the mortgage rates now. This was all processed digitally. Thank you, Dan, and Jodi!!!!!! GOD Bless!!!

  I never asked for your services, yet for MONTHS I get calls and texts from you guys trying to get me a home loan. I don’t know how many reps I have to tell that I don’t want a loan and my name isn’t the name that you’re trying to reach. Every time you guys call me I ask to be taken off your list and to please stop calling and texting me. Not sure if your employees are lazy or just stupid.

  ***Beware**** I worked with MARCEL FOMBRUN and by far the worst experience I ever had with a lender. I was under contract with him on a home and he NEVER returned my calls. Had to call him on a separate number to get him to pick up. We lost our earnest money due to the poor communication and he deceived us when it came to how much we would come out of pocket at closing. There are much better lenders to work with and I definitely learned my lesson from trusting someone I found online. This is my honest experience and please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Not worth the risk
