      They will call you at your place of employment if you get behind on a payment (even just by a few days). I had told them once before I can't take personal calls at work and they called me a second time. I understand I fell behind (and I know it's my fault alone...I'm not blaming PFC) and I understand they are a business and their only goal is to make money, but maybe embarrassing people isn't the best business model. I certainly know I will never recommend them to anyone I care about to insure they never have to face the mortifying experience of their coworkers possibly knowing they have fallen behind on a payment. To be fair they didn't tell the person who answered where they were calling from but come on now...I had to shoot them down on the phone in front of all my coworkers.

      Was lied to about refinancing a loan to get me to do it. Also they do not report very frequently as they are supposed to. Balance on account is hundreds of dollars less then shows on a credit report. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Suddenly they know nothing about what we agreed to when refinancing the loan.
