So this time I pay In full for my hotel up front ( not a hold) the money came out and everything was fine. Yesterday they put that money back In my account 3 days after the purchase and now the following day it’s pending again. The payment showed posted on Friday. They’re playing with our money and it is not ok. We’re in Las Vegas and I’m afraid they might take all our money then replace it a week later with a letter explaining the issue. You guys are the worst.

I honestly cannot stand this bank. I’ve had nothing but issues with the online banking, the woman who opened my account was rude and miserable, and every time I call for any sort of assistance, the person who helps me is super unhelpful and rude, too. If it wasn’t for their super low fees to open an account, I wouldn’t have even bothered, but I am starting to look elsewhere.
