      Over the years I think I've signed over two dozen loans on primary homes, rental properties and vacation homes, doing my last few with Peter, Holly, Gabby and team. They are simply THE best. Responsive, knowledgeable, creative and a sense of urgency. Most recently they closed a loan for me on an unimaginable 15-day timeline. Certainly can't guarantee they can turn around every loan in that timeframe, but I can guarantee that no one else could have done my loan in 15 days. I would especially recommend Peter and team if your underwriting is more complex and requires more expertise, such as in the case of K-1 income, rental properties and business entities. This is where their knowledge and creativity are invaluable. Miracle workers, the entire team!
