  Peter has helped us twice. He helped my daughter buy her first home. He helped me refinance a rental property. It's a difficult time to get financing but Peter hung- in and got job done. Peter was always available and had good knowledge to make the process run smooth. He also had a good sense of humor to deal with the frustrations that were inevitable. We managed to close the loans before rates jumped. Now, we want others to know about Peter so they can have the benefit of his expertise. Aloha.

  Peter facilitated two mortgages for me. The first one was fairly complicated as the property was co-inherited and in a trust, so the loan involved coordinating with my attorney. Working with Peter was a great experience. He was able to find a lower interest rate and better closing terms than my local banks. The rates and closing costs he quoted me before the loan process were very accurate. It was important to me that Peter was readily available by phone, text and email and answered all my questions thoroughly and promptly. If he didn't know, he would find out and get right back to me. Peter was happy to communicate with both my attorney and with the title company. I also appreciated his way of explaining details and concepts that were new to me and his cheerful, can-do attitude. I always felt he was looking out for my best interests. Peter seems to genuinely enjoy helping people reach their mortgage and financial goals. I have recommended Peter to friends and would definitely work with him again.
