Highly recommend: Exceptional experience overall from Pierre and his team. We connected with Pierre when our builders partner mortgage company was clueless in why the FNMA system would not accept the combination of credit score and other metrics in play. Pierre’s knowledge of products and what works and does not was incredible. His resourcefulness around the process got us to closing on the house within 30 days. Pierre’s communication style is very “matter-of-fact”, however we knew in every interaction that he cared for our interest as if we were family. Pierre’s processor, Nancy Mikhael, was amazing in her responsiveness and sense of urgency … and knowledge for what’s required by the investors.
