      They were not easy to deal with after my car was totaled and dealing with the gap insurance. They actually were not willing to work well with myself and then after getting the payment finally they still made a negative remark to my credit score. I will NEVER deal with this branch ever again. Not friendly and horrible customer service. Might I add I’ve never had any negative issues with my credit ever until this credit union. And it was something out of my control. Stay away from this place you will be better off.
