      I have been a member of several credit unions in the past. PFFCU is by far the best one out of them all. Very clear and concise online experience. Friendly and knowledgeable workers. Very accommodating to their customers needs. Easy access to mortgages, car loans, HELOC loans and savings accounts. Only have one credit union affiliation now, PFFCU. Thank You!

      Services overall are outstanding accounts & customer service (at least my local branch), But when it comes to the mortgage experience. I'm disappointed; mortgage loan officer Theresa Murrin only cared about what I had saved in my account. Theresa didn't even offer potential programs aside from the first-time homebuyer and first front door (that starts in March and that I had to include my paramour income WHICH IS NOT TRUE, especially if I'm the one applying for the loan) or other avenues of finances to help with the process of my first experience. I spoke on hypothetical numbers of what I was looking for; she could’ve done better offering more programs like “FHA loan” as listed on your website etc... or at least gave me other options like “although these are the numbers you were looking for, we might help with this amount instead.” instead, I felt belittled by her telling me 100,000 is what I'm looking at?? I had a better offer else were, with a more down-to-earth and welcoming process. Theresa seems disinterested in not helping me at all.
