      I have worked in customer service for a long time and the service at this branch has been terrible every time. It’s ridiculous. Even when I call on the phone. It’s the closest to me and I still feel better driving past this one and going to one further away. I shouldn’t have too but the attitudes of the employees is just so unpleasant. If you hate your job quit. It’s not our fault. I’ve worked in banking as a rep and a teller and we never behaved in such a way to our guest. Smh it’s sad that no leader has addressed their employees. If they were the guest being treated that way they would have an issue.
