      Called this morning due to a payment I got behind on due to COVID, whoever I spoke to was very rude and unprofessional, wouldn’t let me speak so I could explain to her reason why I got behind my payment. Been with this bank for almost 3 yrs & this is the 2nd time I get behind on a payment but the other people I would speak to were not rude at all. Got me really upset that I had to call corporate on her waiting on a supervisor to call me, let’s see how long that takes because according to her she didn’t have one at the office at the moment I wanted to speak to them. Crazy how some people are if you don’t like what you do then find the job that makes you happy simple!

      I called the office to request information regarding my car. The lady that answered was very unprofessional. She was unable to provide information on a car that I currently finance from PFS. She did not show any care about my concerns.
