      I had the pleasure of speaking with a loan representative this morning and I cannot tell you how pleasant and professional that they are. The loan representative that I spoke with was amazing. I wish that I could work with more professionals on a daily basis like her.

      If you can avoid getting a loan here, do it. I had to speak with LaShanda on the phone today and her attitude was terrible. She admitted poor people with bad credit get screwed over with high daily interest rates, that rack up quick and dirty. She wanted to explain how it all works, but this woman didn’t have any type of compassion for me as a customer during the worst financial year in national history. She just cut me off and agreed with me and let me know the calls would continue twice a day, till I made a payment. I have ever felt so bullied after calling a loan company about my 18 day late payment. Avoid them. They hire anyone to act like they own the place. This is not how customer service works.
