  Had an issue with a lost title. Had a release of lien in under 24 hours. 100% would do business with them on a loan.

  They don't care about their clients. I requested extension but had been on time with my payments before I requested the extension. I paid on time monthly after that but then unexpectedly lost my job due to COVID. I called and told them my situation and they wouldn't help me AT ALL. Not to mention they start calling one day after your payment is due if you haven't paid. To say the least, I struggled to get the note paid on time and was successful with doing so. Then, I received a phone call from them, the lady asked if it was me when I answered, I told her yes, then she asked me if I liked my new job. 😡 I mean really? She was acting like she cared but didn't realize that the manner in which she asked the question just let me know that she was trying to find out if I had a job to pay the note. I never told them that I found a job. I've never dealt with a car finance company like this before and when I'm finished paying this car off, I never will. They are very rude and inconsiderate of their client's needs. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 For me.

  Really great company.they go above and beyond to service my loan and to make sure that all my concerns are handled ...im half way through my 3 year loan and would recommend this company highly ...
