Horrible customer service. Who they have answering the phone all the way up to management is very disrespectful. I was actually trying to renew my loan, not something I needed to do. I was brushed off very badly. I was supposed to be there at 5 (by the way the establishment closes at 5:30.) because I arrived a 5:03 I wasn't let in and the so call manager gave me a cut gesture with her hand to her throat, ignored my call looking right at me. I was then told they are not letting anyone else in and that I can come back tomorrow. I declined and decided not to renew and was told because I refused to renew they cannot let me back in if I ever decide to in the future. I'm not one to leave reviews, but I had to for this one.

As a small family owned business, we are just as disheartened by the treatment you received as you are. Disciplinary action was taken against the involved employee and we hope you will accept our sincerest apology.
