      Been a proud member for many years :) even back when it was westmoreland fcu , hard financial times in this current climate it is refreshing to have a bank that will work with you and not against you 😄😄😄

      My card was hacked last week. I was told I could not get a new card for 10-12 business days (not sure who is okay with not having access to their money for 2 weeks. I went to the branch to have my card expedited and I have been talked in circles. I was guaranteed that my card would be here but I would have to sign for it. I waited at home all day for my card to come, after both of my mail and ups had dropped off I called to get an update and no one can give me answer. This bank is so unprofessional and unorganized. Would not recommend.

      Great small town credit union. Friendly service. You may have to wait in line sometimes, but they more than make up for minor inconveniences with great banking practices.
