  I cannot recommend Peter highly enough. His guidance, good humor, and professionalism are unparalleled. He is more than a mortgage broker, he is a finance partner. I bought a house after looking for almost a year during a global pandemic. In the beginning, there was very little inventory, and Peter helped me think through the possibility of buying something that needed a complete renovation. Then, the market got insanely hot and houses were selling for way more than asking price in only hours. I looked at so many houses. Peter was always there, ready to run the numbers. He is honestly one of the most responsive people I’ve ever worked with. Peter is also a person of integrity with a tremendous amount of expertise in his field. I felt comfortable with his recommendations because I knew he knows what he is doing, but also because he is so clearly an advocate for my best interests. There were bidding wars and lots of stress throughout this process. Peter was always there with some calm, realistic advice and kind words. I would not be in my beautiful new home without him.

  Peter was absolutely incredible to work with through our process of purchasing a new home! He was also very quick to respond to my many questions and very patient walking us through each step of the process. We could not have asked for a better broker to work with! We highly recommend Peter whether it is your first home or 10th home you are buying!!
