  Phil Hegmann was and is the best Loan Agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He took care of everything and when I say everything I mean it, this process was the easiest and smoothest I have ever had. I had previously consulted with at least 10 different agents before Phil and they were nothing compared to Him. Phil answered all my questions. Phil was always punctuational and would always answer either my phone calls, texts or emails very quickly, I never had to wait. He never left me in doubt, always had my wife and I feeling secure and sure of all the decisions we were going to make. He was fair and straight forward, he was the one who discovered that I had issues with my property taxes due to my previous company never sending me the tax exempt forms, as I was a first home buyer previously to my refi, I did not know that was something that needed to be completed, but thanks to Phil that has been handled. He gave me an amazing deal and continued to try to make it better and better for me. Phil is extremely friendly and relatable, he's just a great guy and even better Loan Agent. If you ever need a Loan Agent you seriously need to give him a call because it would be the best decision you ever made. I know I will only ever recommend Phil to everyone I know, Thanks Phil for everything.
