      This company has couple problems number one they don’t answer phone number two their system is not easy to submit invoice and BOL. They should create simple form to submit BOL and there is no tutorial video showing how to submit your paper and use simple language instead they created so many places to click bs.

When you try calling, please make sure to leave a message if you don't reach yours and they will call you back ASAP. As for submission of invoices, are process is just to have you email the rate confirmation and supporting back-up to [email protected]. We can take those emails in a number of different fashions.       Not good company to work with I am usually calling 4 to 5 times to them just to pick up the phone they’re not returning phone calls and they are cutting invoices money without any explanation till you call them to find out
