  Our first conversation was wonderful & I felt that he was the real deal and could help us repair some credit inconsistencies. It was pretty quick I noticed he was not near as eager to follow up, provide updates, check in or just simply keep us in the loop. I am big on communication & I like to know what's going on. Every month same scenario, I asked how things were going, I wasn't seeing any progress & each time different excuses. His dog was dying, he had a death in the family, he hurt his back, He had a wrong email address, credit agencies changed policies. I'm a sympathetic person of course I don't want to be a jerk, but when you've paid someone $850 you want results or at least basic communication. I asked for our agreement to be canceled & asked for a complete refund because he could not provide one piece of work he had done. He refunded us $150 and has not responded to any other requests. I hope no one else gets taken by Charlie and this company.

  Great company. I called had a few questions which ultimately led to a 30 minute conversation about how I can do things to manage my money correctly in regards to my credit. They didn’t try to sell me anything and it was like taking to a family member. I will only use this company for now on when I need it simply due to their business ethics and respect to my personal business. I had all my questions answered very thoroughly and was impressed again they didn’t want a thing from me unless I felt comfortable.
