      I agree with the previous reviewer, be sure to have a back-up by working with another company at the same time. Only if I knew what I know now. I only lost $500 to appraisal but lots of time wasted by Nova and ended up getting saved by another company.

      Hey Schuyler, we TOTALLY butchered that and we should have NEVER said yes to you as we don't lend for people who have temp jobs. I am so sorry that we told you so late in the game with our underwriters. We really tried to work quite a few angles to see if we had another solution to get you into a home.
