  This is the second time I’ve used the Lizy Hoeffer team for a home purchase but the first time I had a second borrower on the loan. We knew his credit needed a little help and called the Lizy Hoeffer team. They almost literally held our hand and told us what to address and not address on his credit report and we were able to get his credit score where it needed to be in less than 2 months! Once we were pre approved and landed in escrow on our home, the process was seamless and Veronica was always quick to respond to emails, text messages and phone calls. I will forever refer this team to anyone in the market - their attention to detail, constant communication and around the clock service cannot be matched. Thanks again for all of your help getting us into our new home. 😁

  I was the purchasing agent for the transaction mentioned below, Lizy Hoeffer was nothing but Professional and by the book, my client couldn't perform due to personal issue and transaction was cancelled earnest money was forfeited not much to ad.   If I could give a hundred stars I could easily back it up with a hundred reasons why this company should be your go to for mortgages. Lizy and her team have represented my family in 5 home loans, one refinance, and recently another pre-qualification to purchase. I first used Lizy to buy a primary residence, then her team became my go to for investment purchases. I served in the military and my husband currently serves, she has helped us tremendously in getting creative in leveraging our VA Loan VA Loan benefits. She is incredibly skilled, and her team is well equipped to handle any situation this challenging market can throw at you. I am a realtor also, so needless to say I encounter a lot of loan officers. I recommend Lizy and LHT (Lizy Hoeffer Team) every opportunity I get because I know not only will they be protected and cared for, but they will also not have to risk losing a home over slow to react / mediocre lending practices. Because Lizy is so well known in this market I have also found a prequalification from her team to be a competitive advantage for my clients when going up against other buyers on the same home. She is known for communication, creative talent, and getting things done.
