  I walked in looking to get a title loan on my vehicle. I experienced the most rude employees. No hi welcome in, I mean nothing! I explained my vehicle is paid off and and had a clean title....the girl employee asked more than once if it was a clean title. It's as though she wasn't even listening. Then to add to the horrible experience, she offered me $1000.00 on my paid off vehicle that blue books at $13, 452. What a joke. I highly suggest to ster clear of this sketchy place!

  I called the store and spoke with Natalie. She's generally very good, though she did say that she didn't explain the why -- she only quoted the $1,000. The vehicle is a 2005 Chevy Avalanche with some damage to the vehicle (I didn't get photos, butw as told there was some minior body damage). 191,000 miles on it. I believe a 2005. There is a different in pricing on short bed vs long bed, but when I runs the LS short bed Private Party Value I get $6,308 for KBB. Assuming no proof of income, that moves gets us a loan amount of $1,650 assuming GOOD condition. There was damage, and that damage was a deduct. I don't know what the damage was, but good often isn't the case when it's 19 years old and with 191,000 miles. So, Natalie took a deduct on the value (you can't fix much at a body shop for $650), and quoted the $1,000. With photos to support the value, I might be able to move that up. With a job or a prior work history, I might be able to move that up. With a normal job we can probably loan $2,250, with a strong job, probably $2,550 but with no job -- well -- the $1,000 is likely where we need to be. I'm sorry it didn't meet your expectations. We're going to work with the store on greeting people. Natalie has always been friendly with me, but we didn't meet expectations for friendly today.
