  I have never written a review for anyone. I have very high expectations, and not many businesses meet them. Mike and his team hit the mark and continue to do so. As a veteran and first responder I understand what paying attention to detail means. Mike was never out of step with the process. Communication was constant and easily understood. The VA can be difficult at times to deal with but Mike and his time were completely instep. I have no reservations in recommending them.

  Below average overall. Did a physician home loan with neo. Team is responsive, but communication among their team is absolutely atrocious. Our homeowner insurance agent, builder, and lawyer were working with someone on their team while the loan officer and loan processor were totally unaware (no communication amongst themselves). Created a ridiculous amounted of confusion ​and ultimately increased my cost significantly as close was delayed due to this incompetence. Neo did not cover any of the cost their poor communication created. We worked with Ross Zimmerman and Rail Cressall. These guys did NOT have the best rates or costs, but we were sold on a better customer service experience. They did not deliver. Choose wisely and ignore this sales pitch. There are much better companies for physicians home loans. ​Would choose someone else if it were done again.

  I had the pleasure of working with Mike Jones and his team on a transaction for a buyer (I was the buyers agent) in St. Petersburg, FL. I would highly recommend Mike Jones again. My buyer was doing a CRNA home loan. Mike was punctual, communicative, available to answer questions, and ensured we closed on time (12/30/2020).
