By far the best student loan servicer I've dealt with (compared against MEFA, MOHELA, and AES). They're a small staff, but in my experience with them it's meant that you never have to deal with some customer service rep whose soul is crushed - I talked to the same two people there throughout all my years holding an account with them, and they were always responsive and helpful with questions. So if you can handle making payments while you're still in school, they offer good customer service and better interest rates than any other private provider I could personally find - my only regret is that I only found them in my senior year.

I typically don't leave reviews for places, especially if they're negative but I've had such a frustrating time with this company. Taking a loan from Pickett and Hatcher is the absolute worst decision I made. Navigating their website is difficult, especially when I'm trying to find out the details to my repayment process. On top of that, they are forcing me to start paying my loans while I'm still in school. I don't suggest this place at all.
